JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reordering laboratory supplies.
- Maintain security standards.
- Maintain safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and discipline lab assistants and staff.
- Schedule lab and equipment use time.
- Schedule staff.
- Database supervision and organization.
- Participation in project management.
- Assistance in the elaboration of documents: scientific memories, ethics documents, proposals, presentations.
- Bridge between clinical and basic researchers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- Master in cellular or Molecular biology or immunology.
- Accredited experience in project management.
- Planning and Organization skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Research experience in cellular and Molecular biology or immunology. Publications.
- Motivation for learning and continuous improvement of skills and scientific growth.
- Good knowledge on the field of neuroimmunology.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Open-ended contract (Ley de la ciencia 14/2011).
- Full –time contract
- Date of incorporation: August 2026
- Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
- Training in a multi-disciplinary team in the context of a dynamic and stimulating environment fostering scientific growth.
- Research institute with a number of facilities and scientific platforms, associated to a third level hospital, where basic, translational and clinical research meet*.
- Active participation in research projects
- The candidate will give and attend seminars locally at the Institute and participate in national conferences and meetings.
- 23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters.

About us
The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.
The Institute is associated with one of the major university hospitals in the Barcelona area, the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital, and is part of the Can Ruti biomedical campus. IGTP is a CERCA centre and is also accredited as a centre of excellence by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and is in charge of coordinating the management and scientific strategy of the campus, working in close collaboration with the other centres.
